Over 35 years of entrepreneurial business and real estate experience have given Will the tools to be a highly effective business and real estate investment coach. He shares this experience and creative approach through a directive coaching process propelling his clients toward their goals. Will owns three real estate investment businesses specializing in multi-family apartments, commercial and mini-storage, and single family homes with the zero down strategies, wraps, lease options, and more. Real estate investments and the passive income they created allowed Will to retire in his 40’s.

After his retirement in 1997 he went back to school to become a professional certified coach and he now helps others all over North America create wealth through real estate investment. “Sharing financial tips and real estate investment information is the best way I know to jumpstart the passive income for people who are looking for true financial freedom.”

Will and his wife Virginia recently bought property near the beach in Mexico and are ready to embark on their next adventure (and investment) of building a house out of the country. When not coaching, building, or investing, Will spends time with his wife Virginia and their 3 grown children in beautiful Oregon.
